Privacy Notice

This notice explains, in plain language, what personal data Anatrove Enterprises Private Limited (“Anatrove”, “we”) collects through www.anatrove.com, why, and what you can do about it. It follows the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act) and the rules made under it.
Who we are

Each of our ventures, such as The Pets Club, has its own privacy policy for its own customers; this notice covers only anatrove.com.
What we collect, and why

We rely on your consent for form submissions and analytics, and on our legitimate use for security logs. We do not sell personal data, use it for advertising, or make automated decisions about you. Please don’t send us sensitive information, such as ID numbers or health or financial details, through the forms.
Who we share it with
We share personal data only with service providers that process it for us, under contract and only on our instructions:
- website hosting and server logs (Vercel);
- email delivery for replies and acknowledgements;
- spam protection on forms (Cloudflare Turnstile);
- privacy-friendly analytics, only if you accept (Plausible Analytics);
- our business email and enquiry records system.
Some of these providers store data outside India. We use only providers that protect it to the standard this notice describes, and we follow any restrictions the Government of India places on transfers. We may also disclose data where the law requires it.
Your rights
Under the DPDP Act you can:
- ask what personal data we hold about you and how we use it;
- ask us to correct, complete or update it;
- ask us to erase it, and withdraw your consent at any time (this does not affect what we did before);
- nominate someone to exercise these rights if you die or become unable to;
- complain to our Grievance Officer, and then to the Data Protection Board of India.
How to delete your data
Email administration@anatrove.com with the subject “Delete my data” from the address you used with us. We will confirm, delete your enquiry records and consent log within 30 days, and tell you when it is done, unless the law requires us to keep something, in which case we will tell you what and why.

Security
We use encrypted connections (HTTPS), restrict access to personal data to the people who need it, and keep our systems up to date. If a breach affects your personal data, we will tell you and the Data Protection Board as the law requires.
Children
This website is meant for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18.
Changes
If we change this notice, we will update the date at the top. If a change affects how we use data you have already given us, we will ask for your consent again where the law requires it.
